Dear Clients,

With recent changes to restrictions on businesses, we have made some important updates to our operating policies.

1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!

2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

  • We now have limited appointments available that will allow 1 pet owner to attend their pet’s appointment when available. We kindly ask you to remain patient with us as we may not always be able to accommodate appointments once we reach our capacity, and we may reluctantly need to refer you to an emergency hospital for urgent or emergency care. 
  • Masks or face coverings are recommended to enter our hospital. 
  • Continue the use of credit cards as the preferred payment method.
  • Continue with curbside service for food or medication pickups.

3. ONLINE ORDERS
