Dr. Mehdi Eghbali

We are happy to announce our newest addition to our family, Dr. Mehdi. Doctor Mehdi has joined our team as one of our Full-time Associates and he is currently accepting new patients.
Dr. Mehdi Eghbali was born in Iran where he achieved his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2003 and a Ph.D. in Theriogenology (Reproduction Medicine) in 2008. His diverse experience in Iran included working as Associate Professor in a Veterinary School, Research Scientist in labs, and a Consultant Veterinarian for numerous dairy farms. Additionally, he is a published author of several scientific articles and he translated textbooks, which are currently taught in Iranian universities.
Dr. Mehdi took the large leap across the pond and emigrated to Canada, where he was rewarded with his Canadian veterinary license in 2018. Since then, he has worked in various animal hospitals in the Greater Vancouver area. In 2022, he finally made the decision to join Kennedy Heights on a full-time basis. He enjoys working here as he gets to work with different kinds of animals.
When Dr. Mehdi does allow himself some down time he enjoys travelling, hiking, gardening and catching up on the latest movies.
