How does my pet develop arthritis?

Larger breed pets are more likely to have arthritis because their weight can put strain on the joints.
Can arthritis be cured?
Unfortunately there is no cure for arthritis. Early detection and support is the best option. We can create a treatment plan for your furry friend. If your pet’s condition is due to their lifestyle or made worse by their weight, we will suggest diet modifications and exercise. We may also suggest joint supplements to make them stronger. Other treatment options include pain medication and laser therapy to reduce inflammation and pain.
